These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Kepo88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the online casino, sportsbook, and associated services available at kepo88.asia and any subdomains, mobile applications, or affiliate interfaces operated by Kepo88.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To create and maintain a Kepo88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: Kepo88 takes its 21+ obligation seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings and bonuses voided, and the deposited balance returned to the payment source where technically possible.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Kepo88 Platform. Duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited. To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and a valid mobile number. You must not impersonate any other person or provide false information during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Kepo88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Kepo88 support immediately at the contact details set out in Section 16.
You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date. If any personal details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update them promptly via your Account Settings or by contacting support. Providing false or outdated information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. Kepo88 uses technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, bonus balances voided, and combined balances subject to administrative review.
Kepo88 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency options including USDT (Tether), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount for standard MYR transactions is MYR 20. Minimum deposit thresholds for cryptocurrency transactions are set in accordance with current network conditions and are displayed at the point of transaction. Kepo88 does not charge deposit fees on standard MYR transactions; however, network fees applicable to cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the Player.
All MYR deposits are credited to your account in Malaysian Ringgit at face value. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate applied by Kepo88's payment processor at the time of confirmed receipt. Kepo88 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and confirmation of a cryptocurrency deposit.
Kepo88 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of another Player. All deposits must originate from a payment method owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources are subject to return and may trigger a KYC review.
Note: Kepo88 does not store full card numbers or banking credentials. All payment data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Your financial information is never directly accessible to Kepo88 staff.
The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 for standard bank transfers and e-wallets. Minimum cryptocurrency withdrawal amounts are determined by current network conditions and displayed at the point of request.
Kepo88 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within one (1) hour for standard MYR transactions and within four (4) hours for cryptocurrency withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or where additional verification is required. VIP tier players benefit from priority processing as described in the VIP Programme Terms.
Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification in accordance with Section 11 (KYC). Kepo88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large transactions, or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's deposit wherever technically possible. Kepo88 reserves the right to request additional verification where a withdrawal is requested to a different method than the deposit source.
Funds derived from bonus play are subject to maximum cash-out limits as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount at the time of the request.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback amounts, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards offered by Kepo88 are subject to this Section and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available. Claiming any bonus constitutes your acceptance of the applicable terms.
Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance or associated winnings become withdrawable. Standard wagering requirements range from x10 to x30 of the bonus amount. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a x15 wagering requirement requires a total of MYR 1,500 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum eligible bet per round or per wager is MYR 25 unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Wagers placed in excess of the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may be voided, and the bonus may be cancelled without notice.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%–20%; sports pre-match bets contribute 50%–100% depending on minimum odds; live in-play bets contribute as specified in the promotion terms. Specific contribution rates are published on the applicable promotion page.
Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Typical expiry windows are 7 days for weekly reload bonuses, 14 days for welcome bonuses, and 30 days for VIP tier bonuses. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically without notice.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to wagering on opposing outcomes to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, coordinated play between accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — is prohibited. Where bonus abuse is identified, Kepo88 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, forfeit derived winnings, and suspend or close the account.

All Kepo88 games that involve random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by our Game Studio partners are independently audited for statistical fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure during an active game round, Kepo88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's account. Where a malfunction results in an obviously incorrect game outcome — including an erroneously inflated win — Kepo88 reserves the right to void the payout and credit only the correct amount. Malfunctions void all pays.
All sports betting markets, including pre-match and in-play markets for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events, are subject to Kepo88's Sportsbook Rules published within the platform. In the event of conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail in respect of sports betting matters.

Kepo88 targets completion of KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of complete documentation on business days. Incomplete or unclear submissions will be returned for resubmission and the review timeline will recommence from the date of receipt of satisfactory documentation.
Where a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period requested, Kepo88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality, freeze the account balance pending review, and ultimately close the account if documentation is not provided within a reasonable period. In such cases, the real money balance will be returned to the verified payment source where possible.
Players may close their Kepo88 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Prior to account closure, any remaining real money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.
Kepo88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.
Upon termination of an account, the Player loses access to the platform and all associated features. Bonus balances and any promotional credits will be forfeited. Real money balances will be reviewed and, where no compliance hold applies, returned to the Player's verified payment method. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including limitation of liability and intellectual property provisions — shall continue to apply after termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kepo88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer failure or malfunction.
The Kepo88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kepo88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Kepo88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game RTP figures, odds, or promotional terms that are subject to change.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit Kepo88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law. In all other cases, Kepo88's total aggregate liability to a Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net real money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Kepo88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Kepo88", the logo, website design, graphic elements, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of Kepo88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Kepo88 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Kepo88 Platform without prior written consent from Kepo88.
Game content — including game graphics, sounds, and mechanics — remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Studio partners and is used by Kepo88 under licence. No rights in game content are transferred to Players through their use of the Platform.
This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Kepo88 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
Players based in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to Malaysian law and that they are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Kepo88 Platform complies with applicable local legislation. Kepo88 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance, bonus calculation, or any other platform matter, Players must first contact Kepo88 customer support in writing, providing full details of the dispute, relevant account information, and supporting evidence. Kepo88 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of all necessary information.
